Orders & Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days. As a solo artist, I personally prepare and pack each order with care. During busy periods, it may take up to 2 weeks. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Delivery times after dispatch:
- Portugal: 3-5 business days
- European Union: 5-10 business days
- UK: 7-12 business days
- International (US, Canada): 10-14 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary during holidays or due to customs processing.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location:
- Portugal: €5
- Spain & France: €8
- Rest of Europe: €10
- UK: €12
- International (US, Canada): €18
Free shipping on orders over €150!
All prints are packaged with care to ensure safe arrival:
- Wrapped in acid-free glassine paper
- Protected with rigid cardboard backing
- A4 and A3 prints ship flat in rigid mailers
- A2 prints ship in protective cardboard tubes
- Each print includes a certificate of authenticity
All orders ship from Lisbon, Portugal.
I currently ship to Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, UK, USA, and Canada. If your country isn't listed, please email me and I'll do my best to arrange shipping to your location.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import duties depending on your country's regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot predict or control these fees, but I'm happy to mark packages as "artwork" and provide accurate values for customs forms.
Order Issues
Please check your spam/junk folder first — confirmation emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, email me with your name and I'll confirm your order and resend the confirmation.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I can accommodate changes if your order hasn't been printed or shipped yet. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
I'm sorry to hear that! Please email me with your order number and details of what's missing. I'll look into it right away and send out any missing items promptly.
I'm sorry your order arrived damaged. Please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item, then email me within 48 hours of receiving your order. This documentation helps with shipping insurance claims, and I'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Products & Quality
Yes! All prints are produced on Hahnemühle Fine Art Matte archival paper — 100% cotton, acid-free, and lignin-free. Printed with a Canon PIXMA PRO-200S using dye-based inks for exceptional color accuracy. When properly framed with UV-protective glass and kept away from direct sunlight, prints maintain their quality for 40-60 years.
Prints are available in three sizes:
- A4: 21.0 × 29.7 cm — €49
- A3: 29.7 × 42.0 cm — €79
- A2: 42.0 × 59.4 cm — €129
Yes! Each print is part of a limited edition run of 15 per size. Once sold out, a particular size won't be reprinted. Each print is numbered and includes a certificate of authenticity.
Yes, both original artworks and prints include a certificate of authenticity signed by me.
To preserve your print:
- Handle with clean, dry hands
- Frame behind UV-protective glass or acrylic
- Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity
- Don't store rolled for extended periods
Returns & Refunds
Original artworks: May be returned within 14 days if you're not satisfied. The artwork must be in original condition, undamaged and unaltered. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Please contact me before returning.
Prints: Made to order and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
For eligible returns, email me with your order number and reason for return. Once I receive the returned item in good condition, I'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
